Data related to contract and billing
When you contract with us, order services from us, the purpose of the processing is to perform the contract, issue the invoice, document payment, and comply with accounting laws. We process the following data in order to fulfill the contracts. This data includes your name, address, telephone number, and tax number, the date and time of purchase, the name of the product or service purchased, the quantity, the purchase price, and the method of payment. The data is stored for the period required by the Accounting Act.
We serve our individual customers through our webshop partner. This partner receives the above data at the time of purchase.
We use an independent auditor to process the invoices, so we share your name, address, tax number, date and time of purchase, the product or service purchased, quantity, purchase price, and payment method.
We may share the information on the invoice with the lawyer representing the company or the debt collector who is enforcing the debt collection. In this case, we will provide your name, address, contact details, tax number, date and time of purchase, the name of the product or service purchased, the quantity, the purchase price, and the method of payment.
In the case of home delivery or parcel delivery, we will share the name, address, telephone number, and cash-on-delivery amount with the courier or parcel delivery company.

Contact-related data processing
In order to contact you, inform you of any changes and provide you with personalized services, we process your name, e-mail address, date, and time of contact. If you have contacted us, we will also store other personal information you have provided in the message. This processing is in the legitimate interest of the company. In this case, we will only delete the data at your request (unless this is against the law).

Data processing in the event of recruitment
The employer, as data controller, will keep your data for 3 years during the selection process and thereafter as evidence against possible discrimination. This data is stored in order to document your application for a vacancy with the Data Controller and to enable you to participate in the selection process. This is in the legitimate interest of the Data Controller to recruit staff.
We process the following data: your name, permanent address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, date and place of birth, and other personal data you have shared with us during your application. We will keep a photograph of you, a covering letter, your CV, your application, and copies of documents proving your education and qualifications.

Information for website visitors
We record visitors’ IP addresses and browser fingerprints in server logs when they visit the website for cybersecurity purposes. It is in the legitimate interest of the company to achieve cybersecurity objectives. These logs are deleted after 1 month.
If you contact us by filling in the contact form on our website, we will process the personal data you provide in the message, in addition to your name and e-mail address. These data will be processed for 1 month and will also pass through the website provider’s servers.
If you register on our website as an entrepreneur – by filling in the registration form – we will process your name, company name, address, position, telephone number, e-mail address. We will keep this data for 1 month and store it on the website hosting provider’s servers.
During your visit to the website, Google Analytics, which is placed on the website, places so-called cookies on your computer, this application contains the visiting habits of the website, this is a legitimate interest of the company, the data is also received by Google LLC. The data will be stored on your computer until deleted. If you do not want analytical cookies to be placed, you can disable them in your browser settings or restrict them by using the browser add-on provided by Google:

You may at any time request from the Data Controller access to, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing of personal data concerning you and object to the processing of such personal data.
